Aero Boutique strives to make sure every customer is satisfied. All items that are being returned must be in new condition, without any odors, without being washed or any make up or deodorant stains. They should also be returned with original tags in place. The return must be made 7 days after the date of sale. For online returns, contact us before shipping any items back.
Discounted items and sale items are sold as is and not eligible to be returned.
If the above requirements are met, you will be issued a full credit to be used at Aero Boutique.
Aero Boutique reserves the right to refuse any item if not maintained to the above policy and any other condition that items returned weren’t in original condition.
In case of a defective item, you will need to return the item (with all original tags attached or the return will be rejected) to us at your cost within 2 days of receipt. (You have 7 if you are returning it because you are not satisfied. You have TWO days from receipt if the item is damaged).
We ship all orders vis USPS priority shipping and most packages will be delivered within 5 business days of ordering! We will notify you if we see a delayment in your package or we have a delay with shipping it out from the store.
